This was the installation of new officers luncheon/meeting. 

  These officers will serve for two years. 

Linda Colombo, President, Sandy Wallen, 1st V.P., Judy Kouhi, 2nd V.P., Vivian Patterson, Treasuer, Gwyn Goodman, Assistant Treasurer, Nancy Traser and Juliette Flasche as secretaries, and Jackie Puris as Corresponding Secretary. 

Opi Presented the out going Pres. Dale Defeo with a Pillar of Pride pin/award, A beautiful lunch was served and enjoyed. Dave Graff presented on "What is in our Estuaries?" 

      Members, Opi, Bonnie and Linda put these designs together the morning before the event. There were contributions containers from members  Susan contributed buckets of plant materials.  Enjoy the pictures of the members who were able to attend the luncheon.

  This was quite the adventure for seven members of the club.  It was a full day. First stop was to the Big Cypress National Preserve Welcome Center on Tamiami Trail. We were fortunate to have Ranger Lisa as our tour guide. After a brief film we stepped out on the boardwalk to witness alligators, manatee, fish and much native flora. We even saw a gulf fritillary caterpillar. Next stop was Turner River for more wildlife viewing. Our final stop with Ranger Liza was the Monroe station with its half mile boardwalk.
